History: In 2010, Steve Roach was diagnosed with a grade 4 glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) brain tumor. Over the next 20 months of fighting like hell, Steve spent time traveling, hanging out with family, and enjoying his favorite treats from Baker’s Pride, a local bakery in Savannah, GA. In 2012, Steve lost his battle, but his family continues to remember him in an annual donut run. Matthew Roach, one of Steve’s sons, organized the inaugural donut run in 2015 in Savannah, GA, and now, Stephanie Roach, one of Steve’s daughters, is bringing the event to Austin, TX on Sunday, November 10, 2019.
