Description
6.2 Mile race on April 6, 2014
Train for the largest 10K in Texas and one of the Top 10 in the nation - all before work or school! This 7-week Beginner/Intermediate program uses interval running (3 minutes run: 1 minute walk) to build up to your choice distance on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Participants will receive weekly training tips via e-mail, including suggested supplement training, and are welcome to participate in weekday shorter morning runs.
Participants should have at least 2 months base of 6-10 miles per week and should be comfortable run/walking for 3 miles. The first run will begin with a 3-4 mile run. (Cap 1-K race not included)
February 18, 2014 - April 6, 2014
Tuesdays and Thursdays- Tuesdays (6:00am-7:00am)
- Thursdays (start time varies with milage -7:00am)
- All runs finish by 7:00am
