All ON COURSE volunteers must be 18+

Wear proper shoes, cold-weather clothes, and sun protection
No pets at our events - only medical assist animals
EMS will be on standby and will be stationed by the start/finish line.  Let us know ASAP if you or a runner is not feeling well, or need basic 1st aid.

There 2 restroom buildings on course.
Be sure you receive the email confirmation from signing up.  You should receive an automatic email within 5 minutes.
The use of headphones/earphones is unsafe, and Sea Rim Striders actively highly discourages their use.  Runners and volunteers need to stay alert at all times, especially on course.
If you are representing a GROUP, please wear your logo'd shirts to promote yourselves!
Send any photos you take at this event - runners and/or volunteering - if you'd like us to include them in the final SRS pictures postings for the event -  SRSclub.JingleBell@gmail.com by the end of event day.  We could use some help taking photos as we have no photographers who have offered to come this year.

Encourage runners where you can!
