F3 Aggieland Food Ruck

Your $25 registration fee goes towards the purchase of a t-shirt* plus the cost of the prizes, awards and refreshments for the day of the Ruck. All leftover proceeds will be donated directly to the Brazos Vally Food Bank.

*You must register and provide a size for a T-shirt by November 14, 2024 in order to guarantee yourself a shirt.

All ruck participants are responsible for bringing their own food to be donated following the ruck. A minimum of 25 pounds of food should be carried from the start to finish in order to receive a raffle ticket. When participants arrive at the race to register, their rucksacks/backpacks/dufflebags, etc will be weighed-in. Participants are encouraged to solicit friends, family, co-workers and neighbors for food donations in order to increase awareness of the food drive.

These prizes will be available to ruck participants as follows:

The participant that is the first to finish the ruck with a minimum of 25 pounds of food will get 1st choice of prizes.  The participant that finishes the ruck carrying the most food (measured by pounds) will get second choice of prizes.

All other prizes will be awarded via a raffle at the end of the ruck.

Everyone that finishes the ruck with at least 25 pounds of food will receive one raffle ticket.  Bonus raffle tickets will be awarded for the participants that finish 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th.  Additionally, anyone who rucks with over 50 pounds of food will receive additional raffle tickets.

F3 Aggieland is spearheading this effort. F3 Aggieland is a network of free workout groups for men that meet throughout the Brazos Valley. We are part of a larger network of national and international workgroups whose mission is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
