2nd Annual Strut Your Mutt 5k

Our 2nd Annual Strut Your Mutt 5K sponsored by Carlomagno Surveying, Inc. will be hosted on April 22, 2018 at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater. 

Strut Your Mutt 5k is a dog friendly event. All dogs, any size or breed, are welcomed to come out as long as they are **UP TO DATE** on their rabies vaccine. We highly recommend that if your dog is too young (under 6 months old) to be fully vaccinated, that they stay home. We do no want anyone getting sick and puppies are very vulnerable. All dogs **MUST** be on a leash. While we prefer a fixed length leash, we will accept dogs on retractable leashes. At no point BEFORE, DURING. or AFTER the event (while on event grounds) will dogs be permitted off leash. Please understand that this is a safety precaution for everyone and their canine companions. We stress: if your dog is not dog friendly or doesn't do well with crowds please consider leaving them at home. We will have water stations throughout the event and a medical tent set up in the event a furry kiddo gets injured, ill, etc. 

This is a family friendly event, all kids are welcomed to participate in the 5k (at a reduced price). Every registered runner will receive a FREE 5K t-shirt (If you registered AFTER April 13th, t-shirts are while supplies last). All proceeds will go to Long Way Home Pit Bull Rescue.
