Dash 4 Kicks

On Saturday July 15, 2017 beginning at 8:00a.m at All Good Fitness Downtown, the first wave of athletes will begin the challenge.  Waves by age group will go through the exercise course that will end with a run around downtown Corpus Christi. When everyone has returned to the starting/finish line, participants will enjoy music and games until the start of the awards ceremony.  There will be awards to the top  males/females in each age division; 10U, 12U,14U,16U,18U, 19-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69,70+. There will be a grand prize for the overall best time.  This event will benefit the under privileged children who cannot afford shoes for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year. Fleet Feet Corpus Christi and Coach G Events are teaming up to make sure that these school aged children get shoes they need to start the school year.

PACKET PICKUP will be Friday July 14, 2017 from 3-7 p.m. at Fleet Feet Corpus Christi, 514 Everhart Rd., Corpus Christi 78401

Multi event Fitness Challenge- Adults 50 push-ups 50 sit-ups 25 broad jumps and 800 meter run; 11-16 yrs. 40 push-ups, 40 sit-ups, 20 broad jumps, and 800 meter run; 10 & under; 25 push-ups, 25 sit-ups, 20 broad jumps and 800 meter run.
