Join us for movement, connection, and community.
Whether you’re a walker, jogger, runner, or somewhere in between, our RunGirl! Meetup Series is your invitation to show up for yourself—mind, body, and soul. These free biweekly meetups bring women of all fitness levels together for uplifting group runs (or walks), encouraging conversation, and a dose of self-care that goes far beyond the miles.
What to Expect:
All paces welcome (including walking groups!)
A short group warm-up + mental health check-in1–3 mile route options
Post-run wind-down + optional group share or journaling
Giveaways, good vibes, and new friendships
Meetups Held:
Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month
Location: White Rock Lake – Stone Tables, Dallas, TX
Start Time: 7:30 PM (arrive a few minutes early to check in)
Come solo or bring a friend—just come as you are.
