Description

Come join the herd's 10 week training program for the Mayor's Sprint Triathlon on July 9th. This program is great for beginners or anyone looking for a fun, cross-training workout for the summer! The training group offers weekly coached group swims, group rides, and group runs. Each participant also receives a FWRUNCO training shirt and 10% OFF merchandise in store.
