Santa Blitz 5K and Elf One Mile Fun Run

"Santas" and "elves" will take on a course through Gatesville city limits beginning at Peacock River Ranch. The course winds through South, Leon and College Streets ending at the ranch. Participants are encouraged to dress up for a best-dressed Santa and elf costume. Stockings will take the place of goodie bags (provided you are on Santa's nice list) and there will be "gift" stations throughout the course. The race will be timed and medals will be awarded for the 5K. Finisher medals will be given to all fun run "elves." Don't think twice...the deadline for preregistration and a guaranteed shirt (red Santa suit shirt for adults and green elf suit shirt for kids) is December 6th. The run is hosted by Gatesville High School student council. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good run!
