Description
Do you experience discomfort while riding your bike? Maybe you feel really great the first half of your ride but have dull aching pain the second half when you start to fatigue? A great bike fit can alleviate many painful issues and boost performance, but it can only support your body up to a point. A bike fit provides a snapshot in time, tailored to your current body and riding conditions. However, as your muscular strength, flexibility, or fatigue levels shift, your fit may need to be adjusted. Your body dynamically changes throughout a ride, so it's important to recognize that flexibility and fatigue can impact your position and comfort. To optimize your bike fit, perform key exercises so you can ride faster and longer without pain.
