Epic Dino Dash 5K & Relay

You have two opportunities to pick up your race packet. If you are unable to get your own packet, you can have a friend or family member get yours. Please have them provide a copy of your race confirmation or the QR Code delivered in your confirmation.

• Friday, March 13th, inside the Epic Rec Center, 2960 Epic Place, Grand Prairie
  • Time: 12-3pm
• Saturday, March 14th (Race Day), Start Line, (near the Orange EPIC sign) 2960 Epic Place, Grand Prairie
  • Tme: 8:30-9:30am

5K and Relay participants will receive a commemorative Dino Dash race shirt. Kids Run participants can purchase a shirt on race day.* All Finishers will receive a custom medal.

We are committed to hosting the Epic Dino Dash rain or shine! Our goal is to make this event a memorable and impactful experience for everyone with a focus on your safety.

In the event of severe weather conditions, such as lightning, heavy thunderstorms, or any other conditions deemed unsafe by event organizers or local authorities, we will take immediate action to protect all participants, volunteers, and staff. This could include a delay, alteration of the course, or, as a last resort, cancellation.

We will closely monitor the weather forecast leading up to race day and will communicate any necessary updates via email and social media. Please keep an eye on your inboxes and our official race website for the latest information.

At the Epic Dino Dash, we understand that life, and sometimes prehistoric chaos happens. However, because our event costs (permits, insurance, and dino-sized swag) are paid well in advance, we adhere to the following policy:

1. The "No Refund" Rule
Registration fees for the Epic Dino Dash 5K & Relay are non-refundable. This applies to all participants, regardless of injury, unexpected travel, or "acts of Godzilla."

2. Registration Transfers (The "Evolution" Clause)
While we can't give your money back, we do allow you to pass your spot to a fellow human:

Person-to-Person: You may transfer your registration to another runner up to 2 days before the event.
Transfer Fee: A small processing fee of $10 applies to all transfers.
