Sugar Rush 5K and 1 Mile Cake Walk/Run

The Sugar Rush 5K and 1 Mile Cake Walk/Run benefits the nonprofit Dallas chapter of For Goodness Cakes.
For Goodness Cakes matches volunteers to make and hand-deliver birthday & graduation cakes to children in foster care and youth overcoming adversity on their special day. Volunteer bakers, dubbed “the Sprinkle Squad,” have varied baking backgrounds. Some have professional training; others are home cooks who just love to bake. All are hungry to deliver joy to a child, a creative outlet for bakers who desire tangible ways to give back to the community.

7 am - 7:30 am: Packet pickup
7:30 am: 1 Mile Cake Walk/Run begins
8 am: Sugar Rush 5K race begins

Awards will follow approximately 15 minutes after the final finisher.

Race medals and a Raising Cane's Kids Gift Basket awarded to the 1 Mile Cake Walk/Run Male and Female Overall Winners 12 and under
