5 Mile & 9 Mile 

Join us for the Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers Gorilla & Grasshopper Invitational Trail Race on June 30, 2018. This race winds through the Horseshoe Trail system on the south side of Grapevine Lake in Grapevine TX. The Horseshoe Trail offers some breathtaking views of the lake. This is a No Shirt, No Awards, and No Complaining race. Just Food and Fun! This is a Cup-less Race. No paper cups will be available on the course or at the finish line. Bring your own hydration device (handheld water bottle, fuel belt, Camelbak, etc.)

Lunch is on us! Join us after the race for delicious tacos by MeatU Anywhere. Known for their slow smoked BBQ and their tasty breakfast tacos, we are proud to be serving our participants a special treat by MeatU Anywhere after this race.

We are using an IPICO chip timing system powered by Race Director software.  The chips are designed to be attached to your shoe and are reliable as long as the chip is below your knee. Online and Race Day Registration only.  There is a 100 person cap on this race, therefore if the race fills up before June 30, there will be no Race Day Registration.  Same day packet pickup only. Packet Pickup starts at 6:30 am before the race. Please arrive early to pick up your bib and chip before the race. A volunteer will remove it for you at the finish line after you finish the race.

LGRAW extends an open invitation to our members and friends of RAW to join us for this Invitational Trail Race on June 30, 2018 and welcomes everyone to join us for our weekend runs and walks every Saturday and Sunday starting at 7:00 A.M. at our Clubhouse in Oak Grove Park.
