Are you new to triathlon or just want to give it a "tri"?
Have you raced a few and want to increase your confidence and abilities?

Come learn from USAT Certified Youth & Junior coaches and train with championship athletes!

The Tri4Him Junior Elite Team is the top nationally ranked youth & junior team in Texas for five years running!

This camp is packed with swim, bike, and run education, skills, and fun for beginners to intermediates ages 6-14.

It consists of 6 two-hour weekend sessions available in Spring, Summer, and Fall Camps competing toward top local kids races!  Cedar Hill Kids Tri (Jun 8) and Little Buggy Kids Tri (Sep 2).

  • SWIMMING FUNDAMENTALS: Learn the fundamentals of swimming for a triathlon
  • BIKE HANDLING: Learn bike handling skills, gear usage, and maintenance
  • RUN TRAINING: Basic run form training
  • TRANSITION SKILLS: Learn the fundamental skills for how to transition
  • PRE-RACE PREP: Learn the ins-and-outs of pre-race preparation
  • DIETARY FUNDAMENTALS: Learn the importance of good eating habits and hydration

Sessions will be help at GCISD Swim Center & Track is located at 2305 Pool Road, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
* Times and locations may change due to inclement weather and changes in facility availability.

  • This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, participant must be able to swim 25 yards non-stop
  • Athletes must be able to ride a bike without training wheels for 5 minutes
  • Athletes must be able to walk/run ½ mile
  • Sessions will be skills focused not “hard-core” training (as our team does during the week)
  • We strongly encourage attending all sessions, but not mandatory

ATTENTION: Participants must have a USAT membership. Please visit to purchase an annual youth membership (only $10.00). They will also need have this for the race.
