Join us for the Harris County Hospital District Foundation (HCHD Foundation) 23rd Annual TexasMedRun on Saturday, February 21, 2026. The HCHD Foundation 2026 TexasMedRun (10K, 5K Run/Walk and Kids 1K Run) is for the whole family!
We are excited to raise funds and bring awareness for Harris Health’s Food Farmacies! The Harris Health Food Farmacies are convenient store like locations with nutritious foods directly within healthcare settings. Coupled with tailored education and social service navigation support, Food Farmacies provide essential nutritional support and education, empower patients to manage their chronic conditions, and help them achieve better health outcomes.

Race Day Schedule
6:30 AM CST – Race Day Registration opens
8:00 AM CST – Race Day Registration closes
8:00 AM CST – 10K Run starts
8:05 AM CST – 5K Run starts
8:10 AM CST – 5K Walk starts
9:00 AM CST – Kids 1K Run (12 & Under)
9:15 AM CST – Awards Ceremony
Parking
Please use the TMC Parking Map below to find a parking garage. Due to the capacity of our Ben Taub Parking Garage only patients, patient visitors, and working staff will be allowed to park in the garage. Beat the parking crowd ride the Metro bus or rail service line.
ROADS WILL BEGIN CLOSING AT 6 AM.
