Description
Jaunt through the beautiful trails of McKinney in the first annual Hopes for Kenya Race to Save Lives! Participation helps us get personal protective equipment (PPE) delivered to those who need it most, without any cost to them. To combat the continuing shortage of PPE, especially in underserved areas, we focus on urgent and equitable distribution of masks, face shields, gowns, gloves and more. All participants receive a t-shirt, finishers medal and the satisfaction of helping make an important impact!
Packet Pickup
Packet pickup will be at Frisco Running Company, 9359 Legacy Drive, Frisco, TX 75033 Thursday July 22nd from 11 am to 6 pm, and Friday July 23rd from 11 am to 6 pm.
About Hopes for Kenya
Hope For Kenya is a non-profit organization that assists children, women, and those in need of vocational training in southwestern rural Kenya. We ensure clean water, as well as education for those in the greatest need. Many of the children we assist are partial or total orphans with no family to educate, feed, or give basic medical care to. This is where we step in.
