Hello,
Thank you for your interest in the 2nd Annual Fall into Fitness Health and Wellness Expo 5k Run/Walk. Our Expo is dedicated to showing our community fun ways to stay healthy! We are also donating all funds raised from this 5k Run/Walk to the Texas Oncology Foundation here in Texas and Easter Seals of the Rio Grande Valley. Come and support this great event!
Packet Pickup will be on Friday, October 16th at Fit Science Llc from 5 pm - 9 pm.

Off of McColl and near Business Old 83. Take Cedar all the way to the end of the street. Last warehouses on the right hand side. We are located on the far right. Next to Ochoa's Baseball Academy and across from RGV Pro Lighting
Entry at the event will have an increase of $5 dollars each category.
We will be taking registrations on October 17th from 6:30 am - 7:30 am for the kids 1k. 6:30 - 8:30 am for the 5k.
1k Fun Run for the kids at 8 am
5k Run/Walk will start at 9 am
Awards ceremony at 10 am. Top 3 in each age category will recieve medals. Everyone will recieve a finishers medal.
Each Participant will recieve a bracelet which will grant them access to free food (1 serving each) from Green Owl Deli, Zoes Kitchen, & Freebirds World Burrito!
Exercise for a great cause, mingle with vendors, listen to great music, and see great presentations on how to stay healthy with the mind, body, and spirit!
Zumbathon at 11 am - 2 pm
