Run/Walk for a cause!
The First Annual United 10k/5k/1k was a success! With the help of our sponsors and community we were able to donate $2500.00 to local veterans. During the winter freeze they helped homeless veterans from Nacogdoches and Lufkin and made sure they had a hotel or shelter to stay at. When a Veteran calls them for food, a car part, a flat tire, housing needs (such as dishes/blankets/ towels.etc) or anything at all, they go help... the money they have goes 100% back into our local Veterans! We are proud of our community and cannot thank our sponsors and everyone who donated enough! We plan to be back bigger and better next year!
