.The Brick House clinic will be lead by Trifit-XT coaches (the same coaches at the Cypress Triathlon Clinic), and we will give you tips and tricks for Swimming, Biking, Running, and nutrition for the Brick House, but will also benefit you for other multi-sport events. In addition (for those that want) we will also cover basic navigation for the adventure race and even have some maps and checkpoints for you to go after if you like.
Clinic will go from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Coaches we will stay around to answer any questions or unique needs.
8:00-8:10- Arrive and check in
8:10 am: Run Technique and course preview
9:00 am: Bike Techniques and course preview
10:00 am: Swim Techniques and Practice or Navigation clinic and practice for those doing the adventure race.
Adventure racers may be able to use a kayak/canoe if they bring one. We also may have a couple available.
11:00 am: Clinic ends
What to bring
Bring everything you feel you would need for racing and also pen and paper for notes. Those wanting to do the navigation bring a zip lock bag for the map (clinic maps will not be water proof but the maps will for the race)
