Plano Running Club is challenging everyone to 100 minutes of healthy activities a day for 7 days. This is NOT a running specific challenge. In fact, we want it to be more about fitness & healthy lifestyle for you and your crew. Sure, you can log running miles, but why not ride your bike, swim some laps, take a casual stroll around your hood, or try out a few HITT workouts in your living room. All activities count!
Qualifying activities: run, walk, jog, swim, bike, hike, yoga, Pilates, Crossfit, boxing, kickboxing, canoeing, kayaking, rock climbing, rowing, sailing, SUP, weight training, surfing, treadmill, cycling, spin class, Elliptical, water skiing, strength training, studio or virtual workouts, basically any activity that gets you moving is game.
