Welcome to the 4th Annual RED RUN® 5K. Join in celebrating the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women movement, honoring the Power, Passion, and Heart of women across our city to combat heart disease. Heart disease is the number one health threat for women, but the American Heart Association is working hard to increase awareness and education in our community, fund innovative, life-saving research and empower women to take control of their health. Together, we can help the organization meet its goal of improving the health of all Americans by 20% while reducing deaths from cardiovascular diseases and stroke by 20% by the year 2020.
