Description

Join the SARR Winter RoadRunners Team as we train, improve & race. This program will get you ready for Winter & early Spring races

All levels are welcome
Dates: January 15 - March 5, 2022.
Programs:
10K: For runners who can comfortably run or run/walk 3-miles.
Half Marathon Intervals (HI): For runners who can comfortably run/walk 6-miles.
Half Marathon (H): For runners who can comfortably run 6-miles.
Half Marathon Advanced (HA): For runners who have recently completed a Half or Full Marathon. The HA schedule typically includes additional mileage/speed work

Training schedules written by experienced RRCA Certified Coaches.
First Team Group Run: Jan 15th at 6:30am at Brackenridge Park (Joske Pavilion) - 3700 N. St. Mary's, SATX 78212
  
Training includes 2 group weekly runs.  Tuesday PM (speed/hill training) and Saturday AM (Endurance/Long-run) at several locations around town including McAllister Park, LBJ Park, the Zoo, along the Riverwalk, and the paved trails of Leon Creek & Salado Creek Greenway. 
SARR Training Team shirt included (option for long-sleeve or short-sleeve).
FREE Base-Builder in December for registered participants with the option to meet-up with the team.
Training is for SARR Members; join SARR during signup if not a member.
Register Early - price increases on the 1st of the month.

Current Covid-19 guidelines allow for us to meet in small groups with proper social distancing. Should guidelines or restrictions change before or during our training season we will modify our in-person sessions accordingly.
