San Antonio Summer Running Camp 2017

Welcome back to the 5th Annual Paragon Summer Running Camp located in San Antonio, Tx. This 8-week camp is a fun filled way to help you build fitness throughout the summer so you can have your best cross country season yet. The main focus will be on aerobic conditioning, drills, coordination, strength and HAVING FUN! Participants will also learn about nutrition, common running injuries, injury prevention, mental preparation, training logs, goal setting and much more! Campers will be broken into groups so they can train with others their own ability and each group will be led by an experienced coach.  Come join us, have fun and get FAST!

Monday & Wednesday at McAllister Park (Pavilion #3)

Tuesday & Thursday at Churchill HS

Who
Anyone 11 years old and up who is able to run 2 miles without stopping is welcome!

Campers Will Receive
