XKLusive '06K Race/Walk

Get ready—our next Alexandria Foundation ‘06K Race is coming to Brazos River Park in Sugar Land, TX on Saturday, April 18, 2026, and this year is extra special. We’re proudly celebrating five incredible years of the ‘06K, and we’re turning this milestone into a full-on celebration for our participants, supporters, and community.

For over 25 years, our 501(c)(3) foundation has awarded scholarships and supported educational initiatives across the greater Houston area. And each year, the ‘06K allows us to amplify that impact through charitable giving. This year, our cause is supporting local Autism nonprofits, and we look forward to announcing our 2026 charity partners very soon.

This isn’t your traditional 5K—we’ve added an extra 1K in honor of the founding year of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (1906). Register early to ensure your numbered bib, a commemorative medal, and special surprises from our sponsors and supporters. Top finishers will receive awards, and whether you run or walk, you’ll be part of something truly meaningful.

With race-day prizes, volunteers guiding the course, and a live DJ fueling the fun, our 5-year anniversary run will be our biggest and most memorable yet.
