Description
Join us for our 1st Annual Just for J 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run in HOUSTON!!!! We are a nonprofit organization originating in Fort Worth, TX and we are excited to expand into the Houston area this year! Just for J raises awareness and funds for children facing medical challenges. ALL proceeds from our Houston event will go towards purchasing a new transport isolette (specialized incubator for life-flight and ambulance) for Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center.
Our Houston event is close to our hearts. In 2017, Just for J had the opportunity to help Gage and Sadie, twin preemies born at Memorial Hermann. Every baby is a miracle, but these two defeated all odds and fought so hard to survive during their 151 day stay at the hospital. Their mom is on a mission to GIVE BACK and is now the Just for J Houston 5K Coordinator helping more families in need!!! Read more of their story here! https://www.justforj.com/sadie-and-gage

Kids, families, wheelchairs, pets, runners, walkers, joggers- ALL WELCOME! T-shirts are guaranteed to pre-registered participants. Race day registration is available for a $5 extra fee starting at 7:30am the day of the event. Awards for top finishers, DJ, and raffle will all be at our event. You don't want to miss it!
Coming with a TEAM? Register together!!! Teams who raise $500 or more by March 16th will get a specialized sign on the course!
Packet Pick Up: Race Packets will be available for pickup Friday, April 5th from 5 - 8pm at Fleet Feet in the Woodlands. 1925 Hughes Landing Blvd., The Woodlands, TX 77380. If you purchased online raffle tickets, the stubs will be available for pick up at this time as well.

If you wish to participate in our opening ceremony to honor both NICU graduates and angel babies, please arrive at 8:00am.
