Description
Join us for a Waco 70.3 preview/ TriWaco weekend!
This will be a hybrid opportunity to preview the Ironman 70.3 Waco course and participate in TriWaco. The TriWaco olympic race will very closely mirror the 70.3 swim and run course and give athletes a sneak peak as to what they will experience in October. TriDot coaches will be on hand to provide support and advice throughout the weekend.
We will have a great turnout and great support for the race! TriWaco is a first class event and always a fun race!

Friday 7/13
6:00-6:45 5k run on 70.3/ TriWaco course
8:00- Dinner; Crickets Draft House
Saturday 7/14
9:00-12:00 preview ride on 70.3 bike course
12:00-2:00 open for lunch and packet pickup
2:00-3:00 open water swim in 70.3/ TriWaco course
4:00-5:00 classroom discussion of Waco 70.3
5:00- Dinner
Sunday 7/15
5:00 TriWaco transition opens
7:00 TriWaco race starts
Hotel Indigo and Hilton Waco are recommended accommodations
