Virtual: Run for the Love of It!

Step 1. Register on Run Sign Up.
Step 2. Map your own 3.1 mile race. Suggested routes can be found on sites such as runkeeper.com, mapmyrun.com, walkjogrun.net, or local running stores or running groups.
Step 3. Run your race by February 15! You can complete your 5K on a treadmill, in a park, in the city, in the morning, in the evening...any time or any place - your choice.
Step 4. Post a photo of your run/time on tinyurl.com/Run4LuvFB (Run for the Love of It! Facebook page).
Step 5. Wait for your super-fabulous medal to arrive, and know that you have actively joined others in benefiting the missions outreach of The Connection Church in Buda, Texas.
