Packet Mailing
Register BEFORE February 26, 2026
{All Participants}
If you register for the race on or before February 26, 2026, we will mail your packet (bib and t-shirt) to the shipping address you provide during checkout.
Please note: packets will be mailed separately for each participant the week of March 2, 2026. If your household is expecting multiple packets, they may arrive on different days.
Register AFTER February 26, 2026
{In-Person Participants}
If you register after February 26 for the in-person 5K or 1K, your packet will be available for in-person packet pickup. See below for more details.
{Virtual Participants}
If you register after February 26 as a virtual participant, your packet will be mailed after the race.

Packet Pickup: The Fine Print
*Please note: Packet pickup is only necessary for 5K and 1K participants (all ages) who register after February 26, 2026. If you fall into this category, we strongly encourage you to pick up your race packet (bib and t-shirt) in advance so you don't have to wait in line on race day. Additional details:
- No need to print anything out - just bring a photo ID to packet pickup.

If you register after February 26, 2026 for an in-person race event and do not claim your shirt at packet pickup, you have until May 1, 2026 to make arrangements to pick up your shirt from Infinite Legacy's Baltimore office. Unclaimed shirts are donated to local community support organizations.

If you are a virtual participant who registers by February 26, 2026, your t-shirt will be mailed to you before the race. If you register after February 26, your shirt will be mailed after the race.

T-shirts for registered volunteers will be available for pick-up on the morning of the race at the volunteer tent, located in Lot C.

Due to increased participation in the Donate Life Family Fun Run, team captains are NOT ALLOWED to pick up their entire team's packets. You ARE allowed to pick up packets for immediate family members (in the same household) - OR - one other participant's packet with advance written permission (a signed or emailed note from the participant acknowledging who will be picking up their packet).
