- Runners will have the allotted time to run as far as you possibly can on this track. We will not be counting partial mileage and only full laps.
- We will change directions on the track every 6 hours.
- This event does NOT allow pacers. Your crew may walk with you to talk briefly, but no completing laps with runners. No exceptions.
- Runners are allowed to leave the course and venue, but you must communicate with the timing tent or RD's to inform them you are leaving.
- Our Skeleton Crew (volunteers) keeps this thing alive for six straight days. Take care of them like they’re taking care of you. Any disrespect, abuse, or negative behavior toward volunteers, staff, or fellow runners won’t fly and may result in removal from the race.
- Runners are welcome to go home or back to a hotel during the event and come back later. You just have to let the timing tent know if you're leaving the venue.
Lane Etiquette
- Every runner moving forward with purpose, walking or running, has the right the lane 1.
- If you are eating while on the track, you should use lane 2-3.
- If you are using poles, your poles must stay in your lane with you. We may ask you to move into lane 2-3 if you can not maintain this.
