Can I get a refund?
No refunds are permitted. If the event is postponed or cancelled due to weather or evacuation, it will be converted to a virtual race. If you are injured or become ill and are unable to attend, we will consider a one-time race deferral to the following year.
When is packet pick-up?
All local runners are encouraged to pick up their race packets on Friday evening between 4:00 and 8:00 P.M. at the Race Expo being held at the Frederick Brown Amphitheater, 201 McIntosh Trail, Peachtree City, GA 30269.
There WILL be Race Day Packet pick-up. Please come early to beat the lines!
Can you send me the shirt/medal?
Race packets will not be mailed to participants and must be picked up in person at Packet Pick-up.
Participants who do not attend the event forfeit their race shirt, which will be included in the post-event shirt exchange. Shirts and medals are not held for individuals who do not participate in the event.
Can I pick-up my friends packet?
Yes, you may pick up another participant’s race packet with prior approval. Please bring a copy of the participant’s photo ID and email confirmation to Packet Pickup. If you are picking up packets for a large group, please email us in advance so we can bundle the shirts together and ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Why do shirts always sell out?
PTC Classic shirts often sell out because we order a limited quantity in advance. All shirts are custom-made overseas, which requires us to place our order by early June, well before final registration numbers are known. While we understand this can be frustrating, ordering conservatively helps us manage costs responsibly and keep registration fees affordable. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
The last day to gaurantee your shirt size is September 15th!
How do I become a Major Sponsor?

Can I rent a booth at the expo?

Can I run with a stroller?
Strollers are permitted, but please use caution. Be courteous to runners around you, stay to the right side of the path, and allow faster runners to pass safely.This is a new text field ready for your content.
Can I run with my dog?
No pets permitted on the course. Service animals only.
What's the course cut-off?
Fitness walkers are welcome in all our events! The official course cut off is 11:00 a.m.
We adhere to this time limit so the city can safely reopen its roads. For the 15K, participants must be able to maintain a 15-minute-per-mile pace or faster. If you plan to walk the 15K, please be sure to take this cutoff into consideration. For your safety, anyone unable to meet the cutoff time will be picked up by the SAG wagon and removed from the course.

Parking? Where do I go?
** THERE IS NO ENTRANCE TO THE FRED AMPHITHEATER FROM HWY 74 -- YOU MUST ENTER FROM PEACHTREE PARKWAY AND MCINTOSH TRAIL **
Parking is available at The Fred Ampitheater and Huddleston Elementary School for vendors, race participants, and volunteers. After 7:45 a.m., overflow Parking will be sent locations off Kelly Drive. We will provide a shuttle service.
