Join us for The 10th Annual Plattsburgh Tour de Force charity run and bike race. Choose from the 1/2 Marathon,10k, 5k, 1 mile walk, or 25 mile and 50 mile bike ride. This year we honor NYSP Captain Christopher J. Garrow and Trooper Robert M Burney

6:30am - Registration check in begins in the building to the left of the bathrooms as you are facing the Lake. look for a volunteer in a orange vest and they will assign you a bib number. If you are running as a group or a family together, make sure you get the bib number that is assigned to you and not a friend or family member. 
6:45am - Trooper Garrows and Burneys family will be arriving with a large motorcade at Point Au Rouche state park beach
7:00am - Opening Ceremony begins lead by our MC Thom Hallock from Mountain Lake PBS. Opening remarks will begin under the large American flag. We will be honoring Trooper Garrows and Burneys families and their legacy with special guests and dignitaries.
7:45am - The 50 and 25 mile bike ride will begin under the American flag with a NYSP trooper car lead
8:00am - The 1/2 marathon race will begin under the American flag
8:10am - The 10k  race will begin under the American flag
8:20am - The 5k race will begin under the American flag
8:25am - The 1 mile walk will begin under the American flag
9:15am - Trophies will be presented to the top finishers of each race
