5:45 - 7:00 A.M. PACKET PICK-UP AND RACE-DAY REGISTRATION TRANSITION AREA OPEN
7:15 A.M. TRANSITION AREA CLOSES
7:15 A.M. MANDATORY MEETING ON THE BEACH - ALL EVENTS
7:30 A.M. Olympic(Time Trial Start - This means you start two at a time, 3 seconds apart)
Time trial start for everybody. Two athletes enter the water every 3 seconds.
7:45 A.M. Duathlon start on the beach
8:00 Sprint (Time Trial Start - This means you start two at a time, 3 seconds apart)
8:15 All Mini Sprint (Time Trial Start - This means you start two at a time, 3 seconds apart)
Aquabike, Relay and Open Water Swim start with respective distances/wave assignment
9:00 A.M. POST-RACE PARTY BEGINS
9:30 A.M. ``GRAB AND GO`` AWARDS
We know your time is precious, so we offer “Grab-n-Go” Awards. If you are an overall or age-group award winner (see award section for details), before heading out, stop by the podium, grab your award (don’t miss the photo-op), and go!
