Sure! You can send them your QR code from the race week and race day details email you'll get or you can have them give your name. 

The trail 10k is more like 7.2miles. We love the woods so much, we knew you'd love the little bit extra! The last 1/2 mile is almost all downhill anyway.

The road course is just about exact, though it is not certified. 

No, but parking is pretty close to the start and finish. Challenge participants should plan their road race to provide them with time to change shoes and get ready for the trail! 

Start and finish are located in the upper parking lot of Olympia Shelter in North Park (across from the ice rink). If it's been a while since you've run with us, you might remember that the trail race started near the dog park... we don't do that anymore.
