FAQs
Registration
Q: Do I need to register my kids?
A: Yes. If your child(ren) will run or walk on their own two feet at any point on course, they need to be registered.
Q: My child is Autistic, do I need to register him/her?
A: Yes. There is no existing process for diagnosis verification on registration. Anyone on course participating in the race must be registered through this website. All proceeds from this race go back to the Autistic community and we thank you so much for your support!
Packet Pickup
Q: Are there any verification requirements?
A: Yes! Please have your registration QR code ready at packet pick up. Codes are sent in registration confirmation emails and will be resent on race week to the email address used at registration.
Q: Can I pick up packets for others?
A: Yes, you may pick up packets for other participants so long as you have his or her registration QR code. Codes are sent in registration confirmation email and will be resent during race week. We ask that you communicate with your friends/family/teammates so that there is no confusion as to whether groups will pick up packets as individuals or if one representative will collect all race packets.
Q: Can I send someone to collect my packet for me?
A: Yes! He or she will need your registration QR code.
Q: Can I check in on race day?
A: Yes, BUT it is not recommended if you are able to attend early packet pick up / check in. We are expecting nearly 2,000 participants this year, so it is vital that as many athletes check in early as possible. We kindly ask that all local participants check in early to allow for a less stressful race day for our out-of-town friends!
Q: What is VIP packet pick up?
A: It is a special, early packet pick up opportunity for our valued sponsors and 10K athletes. Details will be sent to the email address used for registration.
