Packet Pick-up

4:30pm - 5:45pm

Packet pick-up will be offered for participants on RACE DAY ONLY.

Please arrive early so you have time to park, get your packet, and head to the start line.

Parking

Plenty of parking near the event. Parking lots are available near McCarthey Athletic Center & No-Li Brewhouse. Parking is also available on the streets around the event.

Race Schedule

4:30pm - Packet Pickup begins

6:00pm - 5K

6:05pm - 1-Mile

7:00pm - Awards & Prize Raffle


Race Village

Race Village Area

Race Village near the Start/Finish line will have Water, Electrolytes, and Snacks. Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available near Race Village.

Raffle

Prize raffle will begin at 7:00pm

Awards

1st place overall for Male and Female for each distance.

We will not have age group awards at this event.


Runner Info

Aid Stations / Nutrition

There will be one aid stations on the 5K course.  Water will be provided at the Start/Finish Line area.

Toilets will be available near the Start/Finish.

First Aid kits will be located near the Start/Finish.

Cutoff Times

5K: Runners are required to finish in 1 hour.

As long as a runner is making reasonable progress we will most likely not pull them from the course, but they will need to follow traffic laws at that point if they are falling behind that pace.

Safety

This event takes place on sidewalks and pathways. Please be alert when you are running and pay attention to course officials at all crossings.

Headphones - Any runner using headphones should make sure their have only one headphone in their ear, or use bone conduction headphones.
