One Initiative Fight Hunger Fest Hybrid 5K (Draft)

In 2018, C.R. England and England Logistics launched the One Initiative to achieve one goal as a team:

Provide one million meals to hungry children every year.

We have exceeded our goal each year and, as a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our team members and customers, we will achieve our goal again this year!

For the last two years we have gathered together to celebrate efforts to provide meals to hungry children with a 5K, family carnival and volunteer opportunity. Circumstances are a little different this year, but that doesn’t mean we won’t celebrate. We’ll just do it virtually! 

YOU are invited to participate in a virtual celebration November 1-7, 2020. This weeklong event is designed to allow everyone to participate. You can complete your 5K however you’d like. Just log the distance of a 5K within the week. That’s it!

Throughout the week, report your results and check back to see how you and the other participants are progressing in the completing the 5K.

You can donate to the One Initiative through the purchase of event merchandise by visiting the Fight Hunger Fest 2020 event page. 100% of all proceeds go toward meals for hungry children. If you are participating in the race, choose from items that reflect your pride in participation in the race. If you are unable to participate, we’ve also designed a special tee that you can choose as a token of appreciation for your donation. If you’d rather donate without receiving a commemorative item, there’s an option for that too. You can choose whichever works best for you.

Thank you for all of your efforts. It's because of you, that even in the midst of a global pandemic we will achieve our goal of providing one million meals to hungry children before the end of the year. That's quite a reason to celebrate and we can't thank you enough!
