Description
True North Endurance and Events invites you to honor the F.D.N.Y. for this years Ascend 110 climb event! This is not a race, there is no first or last place. We want it to be known that we will never forget the sacrifices made by the F.D.N.Y. Join us as we "Remember the 343" firefighters that lost their lives during the 9/11 attacks and honor their memory by completing the not so easy task to Ascend 110! This event benefits Sons of the Flag.
This event requires each participant to Ascend 110 stories (Yes 110 just like our fallen firefighters did). If this challenge alone isn’t enough, participants are welcome to complete the event wearing 45 lbs of weight to replicate the gear that was worn by these firefighters. This is a free event with the option to purchase a patch and/or shirt.
