Description
The Granddaddy of the them all is turning 100 and you're invited to party with us. Over 6 million people visit this remote Northern Arizona park that is over 1 mile deep and up to 18 miles wide. The canyon is also 277 "river miles" long. If you haven't seen it for yourself, trust us... this thing is BIG!
Founded February 26, 1919, The Grand Canyon has been a staple in American lore. When many think of the American West, images of the canyon come to mind with its massive messas, cliffs, views and variety of weather & animals. Campers, hikers, rafters, bird-watchers and many more enjoy all that this incredible park has to offer. You can enjoy being a part of this historic event even if you can't make it to the park in person this year with this fun race.
You can run, walk or hike this race and do it wherever you want! Sign up now. (Note, the "Rim-To-Rim" distance is a little bit flexible depending on what way someone would go, but we're considering it the 24 mile route most people take.)
