Description
LPRC Ankle Breaker Tri Course: Swim – 6 length “snake” swim at LPRC 25m pool Bike – 4.5 miles in Lincolnia Park (3 Loops) Course is open to traffic but controlled side streets. Run – 2 miles in Lincolnia Park (Little Tri Kidz wave: 3 Lengths, 1.5 mile bike and 1 mile run, under 15years can choose this option, children under 12 will need a guide to race with unless cleared with the race director.) Race Start 7:30am
