The second annual Lane PTA 5K Fun Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, May 11th, 2013 at 8:00 AM – rain or shine!
We would love to see you there! Please note that parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety of their child(ren) and registration is limited to the first 250 entrants.
Onsite Registration and Packet Pick-up are available at Lane Elementary School, 7137 Beulah Street, Alexandria, VA 22315

Race Day, May 11 7:15-7:45 AM
Registration Fees
Adults $25
Children (12 and under) $15
Race Shirts can be ordered for an addtional $10 - onsite shirt orders will arrive 2-3 weeks after race day.
A free 1K race for children 12 and under will occur after the 5K race.
Medals will go to the top female and male finishers in the following categories (age on race day):
Lane ES Teacher/Staff, Age 6 years and under, Age 7/8, Age 9/10, Age 11/12, Age 13-15, Age 16-19, Age 20-29, Age 30-39, Age 40-49, Age 50-59 and Age 60+.
Overall Female and Male (please note that winners in this category will not qualify for medals in their respective age groups).
Race shirts are included in the registration fee for those participants who submit:
1) Online registrations on or before April 24, 2013, or
2) Paper registrations on or before April 17, 2013.
Participants registering after these dates may choose to purchase a race shirt for an additional $10 per shirt. Shirts ordered after April 24 will arrive approximately 2 - 3 weeks after race day.
Professional chip timing services will once again be provided by Race DC Timing, with accurate results available shortly following completion of the race.
