Join Mental Health America, the nation’s leading nonprofit dedicated to helping all people live mentally healthier lives, on October 5th for our Second Annual “Mind Your Health” 5K Run/Walk at Great Waves Water Park at Cameron Run Regional Park! This dog and stroller friendly course is a great time for the whole family. The event will be timed, and multiple prizes will be awarded.
