Description

Come spin those legs for 3 hours to help in the fight for ALS. Jon "Blazeman" Blais completed Kona, the Ironman Championship 5 mmonths after his diagnosis of ALS ~ Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (more commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease). The disease did not allow him to train properly and limited the use of his arm (he swam the 2.4 miles with essentially one arm).

So, I know you can do it and come spin with us for 3 fun filled hours!!

Nutrition will be provided during the event and a reception after with food and adult beverage will be provided.

This is a great training ride for those looking to do longer rides or a great chance to try to go the extra distance!!

Space is limited, sign up today!

P.S. If you have a bike and trainer it would allow more riders so bring it on! (if you have a trainer you would like to share for the day contact Coach Matt.)

Proceeds from the race will go towards the War on ALS and extra donations can be made directly to the site and greatly appreciated.
