Why we moved the start

On May 22, George Washington Memorial Parkway is closed for Bike DC, so instead of Roosevelt Island, we will use the scenic riverside course (http://www.usatf.org/events/courses/maps/showMap.asp?courseID=VA10078RT) starting at 1101 Lee Highway, the Mount Vernon Trail head in Rosslyn at the southern end of Key Bridge.
