Description
Come out and join Bastian Union Church as we have our 3rd annual In God we Trust Rally 5K/10K! We will also be having a kids fun run, and a 5K fun run/walk! Our in house graphic designer is currently working on a new t-shirt design for this year! Participants who register by June 1 are guaranteed a t-shirt!
Awards will be given to top 3 overall male and females from both 5K and 10K divisions. Top 3 in age groups (male and female both 5K and 10K) will receive awards also.
Age groups are as follows : Male & Female 13 & below, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. July 4.
Fun run/walk and kid's fun run participants are guaranteed to receive a t-shirt if pre-registered by June 1.

In God We Trust Rally
For more than 10 years, Bastian Union Church has been sponsoring an annual In God We Trust Rally for the surrounding communities. In 2012, they started an annual run which has drawn participants from as far away as Buffalo, NY. In addition to the morning run, participants are welcome to visit the flea market at the park during the morning hours. If time permits, they're welcome to come back at 4:30 and enjoy a free meal (usually hot dogs and all the fixins plus DESSERTS!). Special music to follow. The 2013 special music was the Browder Family, whose Southern Gospel Song was #1 during the week of the 4th of July. After music and a speaker, everyone is welcome to see a huge fireworks display at dusk. There will be a bouncy house and dunking booth for the kids to enjoy along with popcorn and sno-cones. All activities are free! Come out and enjoy Independence Day at Bastian Union Church.
