Race Information

Runners will participate on the 400 meter oval track located at Greenbrier Christian Academy in Chesapeake, Va.

1 mile = 4 laps 

Fluids and Food:
There will be 1 aid station with water and a replacement drink.

One Mile Information

This event will be run in heats.
Heat 1 will start at 8:00 AM
Heats will be assigned based on predicted times. 

Tot Trot: 

400-meter run for kids 5 & under — Free (but must register)

Distance Medley Relay 

There will be a Competitive Distance Medley Relay: 1200/400/800/1600
