Description
The 7th annual Falls Church McLean Children's Center Teddy Bear 5K & 1K Walk/Run is approaching! This race helps give all children a strong start! Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 29th, 2019! Registration is now open with the lowest rates of the season - $30 for 5K runners and walkers and $15 for 1K runners and walkers. Click here to register today.
The 5K race will begin at 9 a.m and the 1K will follow at 10 a.m. The course will be closed to traffic.
As always, kids and adults of all ages are welcome and will receive a pint-sized teddy bear at the finish line. Runners registered by August 30 are guaranteed a T-shirt in their size. Great prizes await male and female winners of age groups, from age 6 to 86, in addition to overall and fastest male and female, and fastest mom and dad in the Stroller Division! Children ages 12 and under must run with a registered adult.
