Super Hero Dash rescheduled to 2021
New Date: April 2021
In light of the World Health Organization declaring the coronavirus a pandemic, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone our event.
Many of you have very generously offered to donate your registration fee as a way to support our nonprofit in the wake of this substantial financial hit. If you would like to donate your registration fee, please let us know via the cancellation/postponement form on our website.

Description
Strong For Dom Foundation is excited to announce the 6th annual Super Hero Dash & 5k presented by Southpoint Quality Dental. Dress like a Super Hero and join us for our family-friendly event at Old Mill Park in Fredericksburg, Virginia, Sunday April 26th. The DASH is a Kids-only event for ages 12 and under. The course (less than 1/2 mile) will be marked within Old Mill Park. The 5k course will take place on the Heritage Trail which runs alongside the Rappahannock River. This is open to runners and walkers of all ages (stroller and pet friendly). Join us after the race for a fun-filled morning with music, face-painting, and real Super Heroes at Old Mill Park.
Day of Event: Packet pick-up begins at 8:00 am, Kids Dash begins at 9:00 am, and 5k begins at 9:15 am. This event is rain or shine and non-refundable. Proceeds benefit Strong For Dom Foundation which supports childhood cancer research and provides fun experiences for kids with cancer. Learn more at www.strongfordom.org
