We are reaching out to thank you for your support in signing up for the Boone Brigade 5K. Due to the rise in COVID cases we have decided to take safety precautions and make our race 100% virtual. You can still run and receive your very own army race t-shirt but now you can run any time and anywhere. We look forward to your continued support.

Description
The Boone Brigade Virtual 5K will be a virtual walk/run hosted by the 1030th Transportation Battalion with the Virginia National Guard. The 1030th was nicknamed "The Boone Brigade" for its tactical location along Wilderness Road where Daniel Boone guarded during the Revolutionary War. The Boone Brigade will be hosting the 5K as a fundraiser and community outreach event. All profits will be going to the 1030th Transportation Battalion Morale Fund which is used to ensure soldier morale, well-being, and any support they may need.
Due to the increase in COVID cases, we have switched to being a 100% Virtual Race. Now you can run anytime and anywhere and still support the troops!
