Saddle up your bike and get outdoors for a special Bike Skills Session - hosted by RTC partner Jachin-Boaz, LLC and Coach Ed Boyle!

Become a better bike handler.  Come join us for this unique opportunity to get extra prepared for training rides and your next race.

WHERE:  12830 West Creek Parkway

                 Back parking lot (behind Kindred Spirit Brewing)

TIME:      2pm - 4pm

WHAT TO BRING:  * Please bring a helmet, your bike, your usual biking gear and hydration

This is an RTC first! We're excited to bring this hands-on clinic to our members, where you'll get a chance to practice bike handling and maneuvering in a controlled, coached environment. The session will also include basic bike maintenance and how to change a flat.

This FREE session for RTC MEMBERS in good standing will cover:

- Correct gearing, from transition start to dismount, and correct gearing for general training rides

- Drills for navigating turns and tight spots, general bike handling and riding in packs of other cyclists

- Tips on cadence, climbing and descending

- Changing a flat and bike maintenance

The whole session should take two hours, finishing by 4PM.
