Lynchburg Road Runners Running Form Clinic

Do you know what you look like when you run?  Do you wonder if you could improve your form and run more efficiently and be less susceptible to injury?  If the answer to either of these questions is 'yes' then please signup and join us Thursday May 19th at Linkhorne Middle School.  Lynchburg Road Runners Club members will film you (preferably on your phone) and offer individual feedback and some simple exercises to assist you.  

To facilitate this event, we ask that you signup for one of the 30 minute time slots during which we will film up to ten runners (using two filmers).  This is free to LRRC members and $5 to non-members (why not join and receive additional race and Riverside Runner discounts?).  LRRC discount will be automatically applied at registration checkout.
